The entrance to our office can be found at the back of the building.
Parking for our disabled patients can also be found at the back of the building.
At this time the only medical insurance we accept is traditional Medicare. We do not accept traditional Medicare replacement plans like; Aetna BCBS, Humana, United Healthcare, etc.
(Applicable to: Concierge medicine; physical therapy and limited acupuncture diagnosis).

Our practice employs the services of two friendly and certified therapy dogs. If you are sensitive to dogs please contact us in advance so we may make arrangements to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
We love children, but we are not able to care for unattended children. If you have an appointment with one of our professionals, please make child care arrangements before visiting.
Medicare now covers up to 20 acupuncture visits per year for only one diagnosis code involving Chronic Low Back Pain. If this is something you have suffered with for awhile, you can now have acupuncture to help relieve the pain. If you have traditional Medicare, all you need to do is give us a call and we’ll get you started!
